Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate appointments with doctors and manage associated diagnostic services for patients and their families.
- Patient Assistance: Assist patients with registration, billing processes, and handle inquiries related to insurance claims.
- Information Verification: Accurately verify and record patients' information in the clinic's system.
- Insurance Guidance: Provide guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure the smooth processing of claims.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Skills: Proactive in addressing patients' needs, with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within the team and achieve organizational goals.
