Requirements:
Minimum 6 months commitment
E-commerce experience preferred
Minimum qualifications: Diploma preferred
Able to communicate in both english and chinese
Having business or design background is a bonus

Job Role:
You will be in the Operations Assistant Team and manage daily operational activities related to admin, order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics:
- Fulfillment: Simple packing of light orders received on Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms
- Logistics: Coordinate with both e-commerce platforms and logistic partners to ensure parcels are timely shipped and delivered to customers
- Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are accurate, count>label>shelf incoming shipment batches
- Customer Service: Reply to customer enquiries promptly and ensure high level of customer satisfaction by accurately addressing their issues
- After-sale: Do quality check on returned orders to determine if they qualify for return-refund. Attend to walk-in customers who needs help with their products
- Flexible to assist with other tasks or duties as required

-$10 per hour
