Role Overview:
As a Global Service Line Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to position the Knight Frank Capital Markets team, promote our global flagship research reports, manage client communications, drive social media engagement, oversee regional events, support Public Relations initiatives, curate content, and lead the Capital Markets Marketing Committee. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management, maintain content calendars, and drive the performance and overall success of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Research Marketing: Project manage global flagship research report campaigns, including maintaining research and content calendars, and overseeing the marketing and distribution of reports.
- Client Engagement: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand positioning, client engagement and lead generation. Develop a framework to prioritise target accounts, create account-based marketing plans, and track progress against marketing and business development activities for regional and global business lines.
- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop content strategies and oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, website, print, and multimedia platforms. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across the network.
- Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage, disseminate key information, and align teams across the network. Manage internal communication channels, such as newsletters, Global Life contributions and quarterly town halls.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across different channels, such as email and social media, to maximize their impact and effectiveness.
- Event Planning and Management: Plan and oversee the Capital Markets team events, including conferences, roundtables, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure events are successful in meeting pre-set objectives.
- Public Relations: Support the rollout of global Public Relations initiatives and drive Public Relations activities to enhance brand visibility of key stakeholders.
- Content: Curate global and regional content that can be utilized for client communications and broker-led communications.
- Team collaboration: Lead and inspire the Capital Market steering committee meetings, actively contributing, providing insights and making recommendations.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, recommending improvements based on data-driven analysis.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, industry influencers, and vendors.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop proactive marketing strategies.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing plans to drive brand positioning, client engagement, and lead generation.
- Project Management Skills: Capable of managing global flagship research report campaigns, including maintaining research and content calendars, and overseeing the marketing and distribution of reports.

Your familiarity with real estate trends, terminologies, and market dynamics will enable you to create content that resonates with our clients and showcases our expertise.
