- In charge and responsible for company recruitment: review job descriptions, post advertisements on job portals, liaise with recruitment agencies, screen & shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews and candidate selection
- Proactively foster positive workplace dynamics to ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee the training and develop the process for effective training delivery and manage the Staff Learning and Development Program
- Lead and execute HR operations with a focus on compliance.
- Ensure the delivery of all processes in strict adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Recommend and implement solutions to streamline processes, enhancing service delivery and the overall employee experience.
- Work closely with key stakeholders on labor legislations, HR policies, and procedures.

- Provide valuable support to review and enhance current HR processes and workflows.
- Contribute to and manage HR projects as assigned.
- Oversee work permit/application and renewal processes.
- Manage government claims or grants, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy for all employees.
- Conduct market research and pay surveys to ensure competitiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualifications
- Possess an IHRP professional certification
- Possess 5 years of experience within managerial level
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Pro-active, analytical, meticulous and highly organized
