Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks on M&E building facilities such as Aircon, electrical, wiring, plumbing etc
- Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by service contractors and sub-contractors such as landscape, pest control, and cleaning etc
- Attend to residents’ feedback to carry out carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works in premises such as electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works etc
- Assist other duties assigned by direct supervisor at the building estate from time to time
- 5.5 working days, alternate Sat off after confirmation
- AWS and performance bonus will be given for eligible staff
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Facilities / Property Management and Maintenance experience
- Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in building / facilities servicing and maintenance
- Equal to NITEC which recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology, ACMV or equivalent
- Good knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
- Able to interact with people and a good team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven
