JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Onsite in Singapore with some flexibility
Reporting Line:
Direct Line Manager: Marketing Director South Asia, Textile Effects
Direct Reports: Nil, single contributor
Responsibilities:
The role plays a critical part in supporting are as follows:
- Data collection and Analysis: Gather and analyse data from various sources like sales report, cost and pricing data. Use analytical techniques to interpret data and identify trends
- Cost Analysis: Compare cost of products from various source and analyse the reason of higher cost and make followup with various stakeholders to make corrections
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare details reports and presentations. Create dashboard from the complex data for easier understanding.
- Strategy development and implementations:Collaborate with marketing and technical team to develop strategies and implement in the market. Followup for product development, pricing implementation and promotional campaigns.
- Project follow up and Performance Analysis: Collaborate with teams to run various market and new launch projects. Support the team to achieve the goals and analyse the performance.
- Supporting marketing Director: To assists the marketing Director with day-to-day requirements enables efficient operations within the marketing team. This support ensures that the team's efforts are optimized and frees up the Sales Director's time to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Promotion and Marketing Support: This role supports to arrange brochures, samples, and promotional tools based on team requests facilitates effective marketing and sales efforts - creating a consistent and compelling brand trust and image.
- Collaboration: work closely with business development, sales, innovation team to achieve yearly AOP and to support for key market decision making.
Key KPIs:
- AOP achievement for the region
- Price implementation and margin improvement analysis
- Launch of New Products in region and analysis of sales growth
- Developing quality of Competition Database
- Status of Weekly, Monthly sales progress and follow up.
- Analysis on Sales, Volume and Profitability on Strategic Customers.
- Arrange Brochures, Samples and Other promotion tools based on the request from team.
QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in either Economics, Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business or similar qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years experiences in data analysis for Sales / Marketing Support, Customer Service, Supply Chain, analysis .
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Highly advance knowledge in Excel data analysis will be required. Experience in working with SAP will be a distinct advantage.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present finding clearly and effectively.
- Project Management: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Highly independent and able to handle amibuity.
- Problem solving skills: Ability to approach challenges creatively and develop effective solution.
