Job Highlights:

Enhance exposure to the government sector

Nearest MRT: City Hall

Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: up to $4,100 per month – commensurate based on experiences

Contract duration: 3 months (extendable contract)


Job description:

  • Organise events and training sessions.
  • Processing of grants.
  • Perform secretariat work.
  • Assist with charities annual submission and charity portal update exercise.
  • Perform duties related to sector regulation work, such as conducting screenings.
  • Process applications for charity registration and other related matters.
  • Statistics compilation.

Job requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, IT, Social Sciences or any relevant disciplines.
  • Able to read financial statements and conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles will be an added advantage.
