Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product and spare parts installation, repair and maintenance of faulty system;
  • Provide technical support in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment;
  • Provide on-site service support;
  • Monitor the Preventive Maintenance program to ensure minimal disruption to operations and to ensure that medical equipment is safe for use at all the times
  • Provide technical advice and consultation to customer on product related enquiry
  • Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline;
  • Attending to daily service requests, breakdowns and provide service support;
  • Attend all emergency calls during office or non-office hours, including weekend and Public Holidays;
  • Develop strong customer relationships, negotiating and closing contracts and developing the technical services business;
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.


Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Computer Engineering
  • Strong background and understanding in electronics, electromechanical and computer networking.
  • Knowledge in Information Technology and/or a wide range of medical product
  • 1-2 years working experience in technical field service
  • Must be able to travel locally and overseas
  • Must be able to work at odd hours and weekends
  • Excellent teamwork
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and detailed-orientated
  • ⁠Highly motivated and result orientated
  • A self-starter who works independently with minimum supervision
  • Critical thinker
  • Analytical and able to trouble shoot complex issues
