Working Location: Jurong East
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote our services. Identify and target new clients in Singapore and beyond.
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and market research. Customize services to client needs.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and reports. Track performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Drive new business and expand existing client relationships to contribute to our revenue growth goal.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits of our services.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in professional services (accounting, tax, payroll).
- Strong understanding of the corporate services market in Singapore and the region.
- Experience with clients from Europe and China is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team.
