- Position : Boutique Admin – Up to $4,000 – Central – ALL WELCOME!

- Working hours : Retail Hours (44 Hours Per Week)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL + Grooming and Transport Allowance + Commission and Incentives (to be discussed)

Responsibilities:
- Boutique administrative duties such as updating reports, generating invoices and filing system
- Managing appointments for sales team
- Attending to emails and calls
- Preparation for collection and delivery of stocks between boutique and service centres
- Receiving and checking of stock deliveries
- Managing claims and reimbursements
- Managing boutique inventories
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry
- Willing to work retail hours with rotating shift
