Job Description:-
This position reports directly to Director for all the job scope spelled out in specific responsibilities. As the environment is dynamic due to handling of people with special needs, Athome emphasize on environment safety, lot of human cares and endurance to create a harmonious and safe working environment.
Specific Responsibilities:-
- Introduction to company mission & objectives.
- Hands-on Training on Craft making process. .
- Able to independently complete the process and produce finished products satisfactorily before proceeding to next phase.
- Hands-on Craft session and training with Clients who are Persons with Disability together with their caregivers.
- Quality control of production process of clients and finished products.
- Prepare workshop materials either at on-site or off-site premise.
- Provide administrative support to daily operations work and liaision with agencies, NGO and Corporates for events and orders..
- Laision with clients and partners, calling and scheduling of client’s workshop and training schedule, respond to customer’s enquiries.
- Supervise and Coordinate with sales staff on Product Stock and Delivery .
- Laisie with Accounts, admin and logistics department for relevant matters.
- Monitor, report and manage deadlines and KPI set.
Competencies:-
- Well verse with Microsoft office
- Good command of English
- Able to work with Marketplace and E-commerce platform (training provided)
- Keen interest to learn skills in preparing material and making basic resin craft (training provided)
- Able to assist, teach and organise workshop
- Interested to work with Special needs and people with disability.
Duration of Attachment Offered:-
