This position is to assist and support Sales and Business Development Department in general and other adhoc enquiries.
Actively involved in sourcing, analysing costs, prepare sales presentation/proposal, follow up on sales enquiries.
Understand the requirement of customers, negotiate the best commercial and technical package, improve pricing and terms.
Ensure sales quotes needed is submitted on timely manner, take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts, process sales order
Assist to provide any sales statistics / data / report for the sales and affiliates
Close communication with customers, develop long term relationship.
Responsible for handling and providing administrative assistance to the Business Development Manager

Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management.
Assist to schedule & coordinate Sales Manager’s schedule for meeting, site meetings & discussion
Other work assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Professional Certificate / Diploma
Minimum 2-3 years related experience
Fluent in communication, both oral and written (English/Chinese)
Proficiency in speaking/writing in English and Chinese
Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
Discipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude
Sound judgement and good business sense
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
