This role involves working independently on tasks while also collaborating with other team members to manage and follow through on customer orders, both online and offline. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in our growing e-commerce business.
Job Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Ensure that e-commerce and socials’ orders are fulfilled promptly to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- E-commerce Operation Support: Manage product uploads and photography for e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate representation and quality imagery
- Fulfill Customer’s Orders & Customisation Request
- Customer Service: Assist with the retail floor on days when the shop is open. This involves sales floor upkeep, cashiering, etc.
- Packing: Packaging products for dispatch or self collection, ensuring items are well protected and presented. Ensure items are well accounted for and ready to be collected/shipped out.
- Inventory Management: Assist in unboxing of new stocks, engage in stock-take and tagging of the new product
- Daily Housekeeping Duties
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned
Job Requirements
- High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
- Simple computer knowledge (Instagram, MS Office, Google Softwares, Excel) is required
- Crystals knowledge not necessary but will be beneficial
- Training will be provided
- Must be able to work min 3 Saturdays (12-6pm) & most public holidays
- Able to commit a min of 10 shifts per month (min 4-hours shifts) with min 3 months commitment.
