Group Marketing Specialist

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement.


Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Produce photography and videography content, including editing, to showcase our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate fresh ideas for social media campaigns and promotions.


Graphic Design:

  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.


Online Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Understand SEO and relevant online marketing concepts.


E-Commerce Management:

  • Manage and optimize our WooCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
  • Update product listings, monitor inventory, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise within the WooCommerce system.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement promotional strategies and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.


Marketing Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, including proficiency in editing software.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Solid understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
