LOOKING FOR TELEMARKETER
We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and General Insurance solution over the phone. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet targets effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Deliver targets and achieve campaign KPIs, call quality, and operational standards.
· Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.
· Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
· Convert leads provided by the company into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
· Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
· Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.
Requirements
· O Level & Above
· Must be provision and fluent in English
· Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/ComGI/HI) will be an added advantage
Key Skills
· Experience in telesales
· Able to converse English confidently on phone
· Pleasant sounding and customer service oriented
· Resilient and motivated to overcome objections and handle rejections effectively.
Compensation
Hourly wage $12 - $15 plus incentives and performance bonuses (upon review)
Location and work hours
· Work from office (central)
· Working Hrs 10am – 6pm (Min 4 hrs slot)
· Able to start IMMEDIATELY appointments
