An established MNC in the Aerospace industry is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and manage the team of sales support executives by coaching, mentoring and providing guidance
- Manage and resolve customers’ requests and issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with sales team and other departments to resolve any operation issues and ensure on time delivery
- Track and analyse sales support metrics to enhance performance and areas for improvements
- Implement strategies to improve sales support process and procedures
- Work closely with the Operations Lead to oversee the procurement and logistics function
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Business/ Supply Chain or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates who are on short notice will be advantageous
