Job Description:

As we expand, we are looking for a high-caliber, self-motivated Senior Technical Lead specializing in iOS and Android development to join our technology team.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Mobile Application Development: Lead the development of iOS and Android mobile applications for payments and retail banking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Cyber Security, and other stakeholders to deliver world-class mobile applications with exceptional customer experience.
- Technical Design & CI/CD: Assist in system technical design, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing activities.
- Agile Leadership: Actively participate in or lead Agile teams, including Sprint Show & Tell sessions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical specifications and documentation for knowledge management.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues during testing and in production environments.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-14 years of relevant experience in mobile application development, particularly in fintech or banking.
- Technical Skills:Proficient in programming languages and frameworks including Kotlin, Swift, Node.js, and MVVM.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration.
Familiarity with Cloud technologies and architectures.
Experience with DevOps, security, and automation tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Postman, and Appium.
- Methodology: Proficient in applying Agile development methodology within a Scrum team.
- Learning & Integration: Quick learner, with the ability to integrate third-party services into core platforms, including data warehousing and other business fulfillment services.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to take ownership and responsibility. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible hours within a global team.
