Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiry on social media/ incoming call/ email.
  • Ensure high professional service provided to customer.
  • Resolve customer’s complaint/ problem in professional matter.
  • Ensure group compliance & control standards are strictly followed.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ degree holder
  • 3-5 years of working experiences as customer service. Working experiences in bank is highly advantageous.
  • Good and professional communication skills in English.
