Job Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiry on social media/ incoming call/ email.
- Ensure high professional service provided to customer.
- Resolve customer’s complaint/ problem in professional matter.
- Ensure group compliance & control standards are strictly followed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ degree holder
- 3-5 years of working experiences as customer service. Working experiences in bank is highly advantageous.
- Good and professional communication skills in English.
