Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support clinical quality and safety programmes within the organisation.
- Play an active role in identifying, coordinating and participating with relevant departments in developing quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.
- Ensure accurate data collation and compilation for various clinical quality activities including clinical performance indicators.
- Provide support to QA and Clinical Services committees and continuously seek opportunities to improve work processes and highlight areas for improvement.
- Manage incidents and serious reportable events and conduct root cause analysis.
- Demonstrate management skills necessary to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/partners across the system and work with teams across the hospital and institutions.
- Facilitate presentation of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management to enable an effective learning environment.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare. Working experience in medical affairs and clinical governance is preferred.
- Excellent data analysis, communication, writing and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
- Positive, motivated and able to perform under pressure
