Job Summary:
Lead the Human Resource Operation department to drive the HR initiatives and implement progressive HR practices and policy. Manage the core functions such as performance and talent management, compensation & benefit administration, employee services & employee relations, and security operations. In addition, expected to play an active role in aligning the Corporate HR strategies and plans to the company's mission and vision.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Active interaction with Headquarters and inter-department so as to achieve organization's annual targets and plans
- Build and foster a culture of employee engagements to reinforce the organization's business strategies for continuous growth and improvement.
- Manage and review HR policies and practices to achieve policies effectiveness.
- Develop and fine tune compensation and benefit programs (including base pay, variable pay and benefits) to achieve external competitiveness.
- To liaise with external organization so as to have current understanding of industry trends and continuously introduce best practice and initiatives to the company.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum 17 years of working experience in HR with a focus on HR operation function.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources discipline, including compensation & benefit practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, employee relations, employee services, office administration, security & transport operations and respective employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
