Job Description
1.Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to team members.
2.Project Management:
Coordinate with internal and external parties to define project requirements and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
3.Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance and support in the design, development, and testing of electronics components.
Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function and/or based on request basis.
Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and specifications.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
4.Communication & Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding engineering matters.
Collaborates and familiarity with ISO9001 with Quality Management systems such as ISO9001 Certification, etc
Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.
Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Willing to travel.
Strong knowledge of electrical design software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
