Responsibilities:
· Participate in group financing projects, including bond issuance, stock financing, and other structured financing.
· Develop financing products by collaborating with other financial institutions to design structured products that maximize liquidity and profitability.
· Conduct investment analysis by gathering market information, evaluating financial products, and providing investment advice when necessary.
· Prepare and manage necessary documentation for all financing and investment activities.
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance and related discipline.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
· Positive attitude and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent team player.
