- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, with a focus on investment/banking applications.
- Experience overseeing complex IT projects, including system integrations and data migrations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proven excellence in documenting BRD, FSD, use cases in Gherkin format, visual modelling, and business processes.
- High expertise in ETL processes, SQL, and APIs.
- Experience in data analysis, pattern recognition, and model development.
- Experience in Product Management and Agile Methodology, with a strong delivery focus.
- Good understanding of the investment business domain.
- Knowledge of financial applications, workflows, UI/UX, database design, and software engineering best practices.

Brief Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support middle-to-back-office capabilities for private market processes, including deal execution, transaction booking (e.g., capital calls, cash distributions, invoices), and valuations.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather detailed requirements and insights. Translate findings into actionable user stories.
- Lead discussions, analyze and conceptualize IT solutions that meet business needs. Validate solutions with engineering and architecture teams.
- Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and develop models to support business processes.
- Present IT solutions to business and IT stakeholders, explaining how they address business needs, challenges and opportunities.
- Support the project team during execution. Re-engage business SMEs to revise requirements or accept alternative solutions as needed.
- Define test strategy, execute test cases, and provide clarifications during testing phases.
- Prepare training plans and user manuals, conduct user training, and support system adoption.
- Collaborate across Front, Middle, and Back Office, the extended Technology team, and industry partners.
- Lead Agile practices and coordinate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery remains on track and take corrective actions to address any deviations.
