Job Description:
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions for patient bills.
- Assist patients and their families with billing inquiries, payment options, and account discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and manage billing documentation.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier.
- Minimum 'N' Levels.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
