- Position: Interior Designer (Warm Leads Provided/Training Provided - UNCAPPED EARNINGS

- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2500 Basic Monthly + 15 – 30% Commission Per Project OR Full Commission Basis of Average $5000 - $8000 Per Project | Attractive monthy / quarterly sales incentives

Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients (leads provided)
- Understand clients' needs and preferences
- Draft renovation quotations
- Create layout plans
- Design Consultation
- Oversee and coordinate project sites
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Strong passion for design and sales
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experienced with AutoCAD/3D Max will be an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
