HR cum Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist and support departmental heads in recruitment matters
  • To liaise with Payroll outsourced company on all Payroll matters including Overtime claims, Leaves, Reservists etc
  • To maintain and handle all Leaves matters
  • To perform Application and Renewal of Work Permits.
  • To liaise with Insurance company to purchase Security bonds for migrant workers
  • To prepare Letter of Appointment / Promotion / Re-designations and Termination matters.
  • To work with Insurance company on all Insurance matters – both Company and Staff insurance
  • To perform MOM declaration submission as required
  • Any other tasks assigned

Accounts

  • To provide support to the Accounting & Backroom Operation Department
  • To record day-to-day financial transactions in Job Cost (Excel)
  • To perform basic office tasks, such as scanning, filing, data entry etc
  • Any other tasks assigned
  • Prepare payments to suppliers and staff claims

Job Requirements:

  • at least 1 years’ relevant experience
  • Qualification - O level / ITE/Diploma in accounting and above
  • knowledge of Sage 300
