Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the continuous and uninterrupted operations of clinics, offices, fixtures, and infrastructural assets.
- Ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, including timely replacement and upkeep of items.
- Monitor key performance objectives and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facility operations.
- Address any operational challenges promptly to maintain optimal performance.
- Work closely with your team to coordinate efforts and ensure that all operational activities are executed smoothly.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, M&E, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management within the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and maintain high standards of service.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility management.
