What you will do as a 360 Recruitment Consultant:
- Handle 360 recruitment activities include business development & talent sourcing.
- Understand well the job requirements given from the clients and match suitable candidates to fulfill client’s needs.
- Sourcing for the best candidates for the clients.
- Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process including but not limited to screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates.
- Align with the company’s growth plan and meet monthly revenue targets.
