Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale insurance technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to ensure seamless delivery of program objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans; proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; and provide timely reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications with senior management, business units, and IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable program requirements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on the insurance industry.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex technology programs with a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects.
- Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance technology platforms, systems integration, and data management.
- Proficiency in program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, the software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
