- Analyze and study project requirements and concepts
- Create and draft out technical drawings within tight deadlines
- Work closely with project and design teams to meet project requirements
- Work closely with vendors and contractors on standard and required detailing
- Manage and document amendments, variations, updates, and other changes to the technical drawings with a clear and organized process
- Maintain and update all drawing files and folder within the company server while ensuring compliance with security protocols
- Organize, maintain and update technical library including standard details, technical data fitting-out guidelines for various project building sites
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
- Familiarity with technical drawings and with good communication skill with design and PM team
- Able to work independently and research/compile technical information
- A team player with a meticulous eye for details
- Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objective
- Positive attitude with pride in their work
