As a BIM Drafter, YOU are responsible to:
- Draft & design the routing methodology for Electrical Building Services drawings using tools such as AutoCAD/Microstation.
- Taking charge of the Development of BIM Model and updates.
- Reviewing of CCSM models with EIC on regular basis.
- Involved in all meetings and discussions with SWC & CWC for coordination and model development matters.
- Ensuring that BIM model captures the vital information pertaining to installation updates.
- Monitoring and documenting of Quantity output (BQ) from BIM models for EIC reference and checks.
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Pre-requisite:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an BIM Drafter
- Must be able to work within tight deadline.
- Experience in MicroStation is an added advantage.
