Job Description:
We are seeking a leader in Human Resources to enhance our HR functions and workplace culture. You will develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. This role involves managing HR policies, resolving employee issues, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to align with company goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Manage and resolve employee issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Plan activities to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
- Handle admin tasks such as document management, scheduling and office coordination.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Positive and friendly disposition, Professional attitude
- Effective communication skills, Good command of English is preferred
- Bonus: Good command of Mandarin as well
