Job scope:
- Oversee business development of company.
- Plan and execute strategies to grow topline revenue
- Work with finance and management on growth opportunities
- Government liaision for development plans
- Planning of kitchen tasks based on orders
- Scheduling of kitchen personnel to ensure sufficient manpower in each department at all times
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders
- Create new and improve existing products through research and testing
- Reduce wastage and reduce costs through alternate sourcing
- Plan and execute promotional and seasonal campaigns
- Create and manage social media content
- Assist with customer service
- Resolve any issues that arise related to products, kitchen, or customer experience
