OFFICE EXECUTIVE / PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
You will be sending your days onβ¦
Project Management β Dealing directly [in mandarin] with our partners in China and debriefing team in Mandarin and English then documenting internal replies for follow up and dealing with partners for next steps.
Operations β Liaising, being the key contact and co-ordinating the Office cleaners, utility suppliers, as well as travel arrangements for the team when needed.
General β Inputting information into online database, working with team members to organise archival information into existing system (software training will be provided).
