We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team. The Service Crew will be responsible for serving customers, taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming counter area. This position plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. This position also requires effective communication with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with your best smile as they arrive at the counter and provide utmost respect and positive attidude towards yourself, your colleague and your customer.
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff or prepare them directly, depending on the menu.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle payment transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale systems, including cash, credit, or debit card payments.
- Prepare simple food items such as korean banchan, or snacks, following food safety guidelines.
- Restock counter supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils, as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sweeping/mopping the floor, wiping surfaces, cleaning utensils, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with keeping track of inventory and notify management of any stock shortages.
- Provide information on menu items and offer recommendations to customers if needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
