We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team. The Service Crew will be responsible for serving customers, taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming counter area. This position plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. This position also requires effective communication with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and contribute to a team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with your best smile as they arrive at the counter and provide utmost respect and positive attidude towards yourself, your colleague and your customer.
  • Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff or prepare them directly, depending on the menu.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Handle payment transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale systems, including cash, credit, or debit card payments.
  • Prepare simple food items such as korean banchan, or snacks, following food safety guidelines.
  • Restock counter supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils, as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sweeping/mopping the floor, wiping surfaces, cleaning utensils, and disposing of waste.
  • Assist with keeping track of inventory and notify management of any stock shortages.
  • Provide information on menu items and offer recommendations to customers if needed.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.


Requirements:

  • Keen to learn new and relearn of existing skills and knowledge. Constantly looking for self and team improvement.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and coordinate with kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
