Responsibilities
● Prospect into accounts and identify key decision makers.
● Develop and leverage customer relationships to improve customer retention and expandportfolio.
● Uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your existing customer portfolio.
● Manage the renewal process and negotiate strategic customer contracts.
● Facilitate cross-functional support to achieve successful product and service delivery
● Become a strategic video partner and effectively align client business objectives with video
● Partner with the Head of Sales and Partnerships and SDR in Asia to source, progress andnegotiate with new client contracts within net-new accounts.
● CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy across renewals, expansions and net new opportunities
Qualifications, knowledge and experiential requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
● Extensive understanding of the media production and agency landscape.
● Proven experience as an Account Manager and New Business Acquisition
● Clear overachievement of targets, KPI’s and broader business objectives
● Team player and collaborative mindset.
● Experience in selling and providing solutions based on customer needs.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships withprofessionals of all organisational levels.
● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
