Job Description
- Attend tender meetings, do costing and tender and quotation submissions.
- Prepare contracts and documents in accordance to the requirements.
- Liase with the management, suppliers and sub-contractors on the adjustments on the cost estimates.
- Keep close tabs on any variations that may lead to cost fluctuations.
- Forecasting the costs of different materials needed for the project.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and other documentation.
- Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
- Detail-oriented and plan in advance.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field. (interior experience an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office and autocad, relevant drawing softwares.
- Understand drawings
- Good Communication, able to relate information to the team members.
- Good in negotiating in prices with vendors
- Driving Licence
