ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Manage the Financial Planning Cycle: Oversee the consolidation and analysis of strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and actual results submitted by business units across the region.
Management Reporting
- Champion Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and data integrity of budget, forecast, and actual submissions within the Business Planning & Consolidations (BPC) system. This includes overseeing the monthly closing process for the region, collaborating with markets and Group.
Financial Analysis
- Drive Regional Analysis: Deliver insightful financials. Support variance analysis (for both month end closing and forecasting/budgeting) by working closely with markets and team to provide meaningful insights to management.
Executive Presentations
- Visualise and Storytelling: Support the preparation of sharp executive presentations with actionable for senior leadership.
Business Performance
- Safeguard Internal Communication: Coordinate and manage communications with Group and local markets for any FP&A-related matters (such as submissions, queries and recharges)
- Safekeep Regional Budget: Oversee regional head office budget and monthly forecasts
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiate practical process improvement across the region for better control and productivity
People Leadership
- Coaching and mentoring: Manage and grow a high-performance Regional FP&A Core team, continue leveling up team competency level
Ad-hoc
- Support finance-related special projects or other duties as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field or qualified CA/CPA
- Several years of FP&A or Finance-related experience in a dynamic and fast paced multi-national organization
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets and manage complex financial models.
- Experience with SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) system, SAP FICO are strong pluses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to connect with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Collaborative, readily working with others to solve problems and incorporating diverse perspectives. You have a proven track record of successful collaboration in a regional setting.
- Strong sense of initiative, able to handle ambiguity and require minimal supervision to achieve goals and solve problems independently.
