Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager with a "hunter mindset" to lead our Ventilation and HVAC sales division.
The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of HVAC systems, a track record of successful sales management, and a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leveraging your technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets in the ventilation and HVAC sector.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
- Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and ventilation solutions to provide expert guidance to clients and address complex technical queries.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, understanding their specific needs and offering customized solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and potential business opportunities.
- Track and analyze sales performance, metrics, and KPIs, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product development, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the ventilation or HVAC industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ventilation technologies, and industry specifications.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical details effectively.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and a strategic approach to sales.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities, with a results-oriented approach.
