• Maintaining smooth operations of stores
• Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers
• Motivate team in delivering boutique KPIs and implementation of key initiatives
• Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations
• Identify training needs and assist in training and guidance of team members
• Foster a team working attitude, open to provide and receive constructive feedback, be a role model to other employees.
• Supervises team performance, providing customer service levels and operational feedback to management
• Coordinates, liaises, and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
• Assist in inventory management, roster planning and cashiering services • Perform assigned duties per requests from Supervisor/Manager
