Job Summary：
Lead design team of biological manufacturing facilities, coordination cross disciplines and support project design / procurement / construction / commissioning / qualification and etc. in all related project lifecycle;
Job content：
1. Project Design & Design Management to deliver design package
- Fully communicate with Users, understand project objective, collecting current engineering information, prepare the design team organization;
- Cross discipline cooperation and ensure the submittal of different design stages in time and in good quality;
- Management of AE firm, and design coordination with different site projects (buildings) and different AE firms;
- Organize of design review with Users, project team, and other counterparts of the project, approval by Users, Project lead and related stakeholders;
- Support project procurements, construction, commissioning, qualification and any necessary assignment from project needs;
2. Project design management SOP / standards/ Guides execution
- Following design management workflow in project execution including design milestone deliverable, design review (GMP / EHS and etc.,)
- Design process quality control (overall cross discipline check, design collaboration, peer review and etc.,)
- Design change control and documentation;
- Site construction support, Shop drawing review and design coordination;
3. Supporting as project SME and supporting with team development
- Participate of discipline discussion, supporting with value engineering, professional solutions and check design documents;
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, Engineering
- More than 8 years of engineering experience in Biopharmaceutical industry;
- Good knowledge and experience in GMP environment;
- More than 15 years design / design management project experience;
- Must have Leadership Skills and Determination based on technical background and skill
- Must be Proactive, Determination, Self-motivated, have Ownership, and Strong Anti-pressure Capability
