Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Handle ISO tanks and Flexi operation matters
- Coordinate and prepare documents for import/export, transshipment operations and orders handling for local and overseas customers
- Liaise with agents, haulers, forwarders and customers
- Arrange invoices and payment matters
- Other ad hoc duties and initiatives assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification – ITE or Diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in Operations for ISO tanks and Flexi preferred
- Good communicator and fluent in English (oral and written)
- Good IT skills
- Self-motivated and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently
