JOB SCOPE
· Manages sales of food and handle cashier duties
· Provide good customer service
· Responsible for allocation stall outlet operational needs such as:
o Opening and/or Closing of Food Outlet
o Simple preparation of food ingredients in a hygienic manger (e.g.: wash & cook rice, wash vegetables)
o Support the cook / chef in the display presentation and garnishing of cooked food
o Liaise orders with suppliers and check for the consistent quality of purchased goods
· Perform general housekeeping
o Maintaining the cleanliness of freezer/chiller storage
o Utensils/cooking equipment, entire kitchen, and storefront
· Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
· Other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by cook / supervisor
