You will provide sound insurance and reliable financial advice to bank customers by analyzing their financial needs and exceeding their service expectations. FSCs are also to maintain a strong rapport with the bank partners and grow and strengthen relationship with bank customers
Job Description:
· Provide sound & reliable financial advice to bank customers:
· Stationed in bank branch to provide financial solutions to customers
· Establish customers' financial goals
· Determine their current financial situations to identify any shortfalls
· Develop wealth management strategies to plan for their future
· Customize solutions for individual needs and regularly review financial plans
· Be a financial solutions provider who provides affordable solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals
· Act as financial coach to provide guidance on saving
· Maintain strong rapport with bank partner:
· Work closely with branch staff to provide innovative product solutions to address customers’ health protection and long-term savings and investment needs
· Develop & grow the business portfolio with bank partner to achieve premium growth & underwriting profit objectives
Grow & strengthen relationship with customers:
· Foster and enhance relationships with partners’ customers, with special focus on Prudential range of insurance products to complement the customers' existing financial and investment portfolio
· Provide quality, efficient after sales services
