Work location: Tai Seng
Working hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours
(Not required to work on weekends)
Job Responsibilities
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough screening and selection processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and send interview invitations, confirmations, and reminders to candidates and interviewers.
- Address candidate queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update the hiring manager’s schedule to accommodate interview slots, recruitment meetings, and candidate debriefs.
- Ensure the hiring process is aligned with the availability of key stakeholders and manage any changes or conflicts effectively.
- Keep track of interview progress and provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and next steps.
Requirements
- Graduated from local school Diploma/A Levels/University Degree.
- Good Communication.
- Able to start on a short notice.
