Job description
Within Machine Solutions and reporting Marketing management, you will be in charge of the offer management related to the Machine Market, especially Nano Programmable Logic Controllers, Power Supplies and Transformers.
• Defining growth initiatives for your portfolio and managing the portfolio life cycle and the profitability play a major role.
• Be the voice of the customer by revealing the customers’ need, pains points and willingness to pay.
• You are in contact with our customer to gather their feedback which will flow into the offer evolution you are managing together with R&D.
• Understand the trends of the targeted segments and targeted competitors by analyzing market data, norms and customer habits, in order to define the Schneider Electric value proposition.
• Supporting the offer launch in the target countries and organizing customer field tests and usability studies complement your tasks.
Being part of the project marketing team, you will contribute to the establishment of our roadmap and to the definition of the future innovation our Activity should bring to the market.
Your appetite to learn, your experience of the Automation Market (Programmable Logic Controllers) and of customers from the Industry will be a plus.
Working in an international environment your skills to communicate and to collaborate are key.
You must have a past experience in Sales, Marketing or Technical support related to customers.
Qualifications
• Engineering degree, Business School degree as a plus
• Experienced in customer visits and interview
• Mandatory: 3+ years in a Marketing Function.
• Strong background in automation.
• Mandatory knowledge in Motion Control.
• Background in machine builder applications (OEM)
• Knowledge in Industry V4.0, Edge Computing is a plus
• Strong team player, ability to work successfully with multicultural teams in an international and multi-sites environment
• Ability to adapt in a fast pace, complex and growing global business
• Being passionate
• Very good command of English mandatory
