Job Responsibilities:
- Operates in the front-of-house operations to take orders
- Coffee making, waffle making and ice cream dispensing.
- Sells and serves food items to customers
- Provide positive customer experience
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
- Establish relationships for customer confidence
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Interact with and serve guests
- Maintain food and beverage service environment
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedure
Requirements:
- Must be able to be conversant in both Mandarin and English.
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Passion for F&B/hospitality and interacting with people
- Positive attitude and a team player
