Job Description
1) Evaluate and recommencing on the award of construction contracts.
2)Assisting Project Manager in all contractural and costing matters.
3) Ensure compliance with appropriate procedures.
4) Preparing of variations pricing and agreement of contracts variations, progress claims and monitor project cash flows.
5) Verifying monthly progressive claims and payments to all sub-contractors
Requirements
1) Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
2) Minimum 2 years in Building Construction Industry
3) Proficiency in taking off, cost and estimating all kinds of building projects including design and building arrangements,
