Full Time and Part Time Crew for PLAYtopia SG Kids Indoor Playground

We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Centre Executive to be part of our team nurturers.
As part of our Kids' Indoor Playground team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families. Your role involves supervising play areas, facilitating activities, managing social media content, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision & Safety:
o Monitor children’s activities to ensure their safety.
o Enforce playground rules and guidelines.
o Respond promptly to any safety concerns or incidents.
2. Customer Service:
o Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
o Provide information about the playground’s features and activities.
o Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
3. Activity Facilitation:
o Organize and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities.
o Encourage children’s participation and interaction.
4. Social Media Management:
o Capture and create engaging content (photos, videos, posts) that highlights the playground's activities and special events.
o Manage and update social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to promote the playground and engage with the community.
o Respond to online inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
5. Facility Maintenance:
o Ensure play areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
o Perform routine checks on equipment and report any damage or hazards.
o Assist with setup and cleanup for events or special activities.
6. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other staff members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
o Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, education, or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Enthusiasm for working with children and creating memorable experience
We don’t require you to hold a master's degree, but you must at least have a
CAN DO attitude.
