DSC is our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinic Executive to manage daily clinic operations and supervise PSAs at counters.
- Perform registration, billing and appointment booking for patients.
- Assist to prepare & issue daily cash float and handle cash collection.
- Assist to monitor clinic queue performance and consultation waiting time.
- Assist to attend to patients' feedback.
- Assist to schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of PSAs.
- Assist executives in operations related to partnerships with community organizations
- Assist to conduct regular staff roll call and pep talk sessions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Frontline counter experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
